Hawthorn Young Shoot (15 ml)
Phytoembryotherapy is a branch of phytotherapy that specifically incorporates embryonic plant tissues (buds, young shoots, etc.) containing plant meristem cells, rapidly dividing undifferentiated cells that contain the genetic blueprint and material of the plant. These embryonic tissues are rich in beneficial phytochemical compounds including: growth factors and plant hormones, enzymes, nucleic acids, trace elements, and phytonutrients such as polyphenols and flavonoids. These embryological tissues are also used because many of the aforementioned components are lost in fully developed plants once chlorophyll is formed. These embryological tissues are also used because their energy components are at their highest levels when harvested in the spring, the most active phase of the growth cycle.
