OsteoBalance provides 344 mg of calcium daily, combined with a comprehensive profile of nutrients important for bone formation, such as vitamins C and D, magnesium, manganese, and zinc. Calcium malate and calcium citrate malate are both highly bioavailable forms of calcium.
